Landguard Systems designs, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art radio systems to customer requirements.   Due to a strong market position and continued sales growth, we are excited to be recruiting our next group of innovators and future leaders in the following positions:

Graduate Digital Hardware Development Engineer

This exciting development role has active involvement in the development of new product designs that require knowledge of digital circuit design including schematic capture and PCB layout.  An understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) and radio communications is desirable and a working knowledge of the following technologies would also be an advantage: Matlab, IP protocols, RF system design, communication theory, Embedded C/C++. 

A good degree in electronics, physics or a related subject is essential.


Project Manager

This new role is to Project Manage programmes of work that deliver high performance products from new development or modifications to existing designs from conception to production.  You will be overseeing multi-disciplined projects including software, electronics and mechanical design.  You will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of high-quality designs through to production and reporting to senior management.

A good degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering or related subject.  Prince2, APMP or equivalent is desirable.


Assembly Technician

You will have skills and experience in the assembly of high-tech electronic devices and complex wiring assemblies.  Working occasionally on prototype assemblies you will exercise your ability to interpret limited build information.  Demonstrable experience of high quality hand soldering is essential.
