- RF Design Engineer
-
We're looking for a dedicated RF Design Engineer to join our growing team.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of system design and analysis of electronic systems, together with design of RF sub-systems. This includes transmitters, receivers and antennas, primarily at UHF frequencies. Comprehensive understanding of circuit design to component level, including component selection, schematic capture and PCB layout, is essential.
A good degree in Electronics, Physics or a related subject is also essential.
- Design electronics circuits, with an emphasis on RF receivers and transmitters for UHF bands, and on small size and low power implementations
- Design low power RF circuits and PAs in UHF and low GHz bands
- Evaluate and test designs and support their transition to the manufacturing department
- Ensure designs can be certified - for example for CE, UKCA, etc.
- Attend customer meetings to determine customer requirements and external events to provide sales support on an occasional basis

- Customer Account Manager (UK based)

We’re seeking Customer Account Managers for our UK and Global sales team.
Working from our offices in Fareham, you will be expected to travel to customer locations in the UK and overseas. Maintaining and developing new and existing relationships with government, defence or law enforcement customers, you will be individually responsible for managing and developing business with your allocated customer base. Surrounded and supported by our highly motivated and talented team, you should bring expertise from a government, defence or law enforcement background.
Knowledge of radio systems, UAS payloads and software defined radios would be of significant value. Your subject matter expertise and user experience will be harnessed to support agile product development.

- Hardware Engineer

We're looking for a dedicated Hardware Engineer to join our growing team.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to design and develop electronic hardware for radio products. A good degree in Electronics, Physics or a related subject is also essential.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Design, develop and test electronic circuits hardware, including low power microcontroller systems, high-speed microprocessor, FPGA based systems and analogue circuitry, to include the design of digital interfaces, power supplies, memory and other peripherals.
- Involved from concept to manufacture of products, including circuit schematic capture and assist with printed circuit board layout, test and evaluation of designs, and contribute to production documentation including manufacturing test procedures.
- Interact with RF designers and develop some skills (if not already skilled) in low power RF circuits and PAs in UHF and low GHz bands.
- Ensure designs can be certified, for example for CE, UKCA.
- Work closely with other members of a multi-disciplined team
- Provide design input on company products
- Assist in the writing of support documentation such as user guides
- Provide support to production department, customer services and to customers
- Manage and organise work to agreed timescales and specifications
- Attend customer meetings to determine customer requirements and external events to provide sales support on an occasional basis

We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary engineering team.
A hands-on project manager who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment. Someone who becomes part of the team, works alongside talented electronics and software engineers, understands the technical challenges, and helps drive the project forward from concept to delivery.
You’ll be the glue that holds the project together, ensuring timelines are met, blockers are removed, and communication flows seamlessly between stakeholders and engineers. Your focus will be on enabling progress, not just reporting it.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Work closely with engineers to understand project goals, technical constraints, and dependencies.
- Coordinate development projects against planned budgets and timescales
- Oversee projects including software, electronics and mechanics
- Facilitate sprint planning and project meetings with a focus on outcomes
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
- Track progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
- Project reporting to senior management
- Ensure project deliverables are successfully transferred to Production
- Produce relevant documentation to support the project
- Determine and document product requirements through customer interaction
- Attend external events to provide sales support on an occasional basis
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

- Production and Stores Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated Production and Stores Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a key support role within a small, high-quality electronics manufacturing environment. Working across stores, logistics, and production support, you will ensure materials flow smoothly through the business—from delivery and storage through to kitting, assembly support, and dispatch.
Your work is essential to the smooth running of production, ensuring materials, components, and processes are consistently accurate and ready. This enables the wider team to operate efficiently and maintain the high standards required for our products.
Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are critical, as even small errors can impact production quality.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Goods Inward & Outward
- Receive and book in deliveries using the MRP system
- Check incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and shortages, escalating issues
where required - Ensure all goods are correctly labelled, stored, and traceable
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders to a high standard
- Complete all shipping documentation accurately and on time
Stock Control & Inventory Management
- Pick, pack, and kit components accurately for production orders
- Maintain strict stock accuracy within the MRP system
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and handling of sensitive components
- Carry out regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Kitting & Production Support
- Prepare complete and accurate kits for production builds
- Ensure all required materials are available and correctly allocated before work
begins - Support production teams by maintaining a steady flow of materials and components
- Assist with basic assembly and preparation tasks as required
Storage & Organisation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised stores and production support areas
- Ensure materials are stored correctly, including ESD-sensitive and high-value
components - Continuously improve layout and processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Lithium Battery Handling
- Monitor and maintain lithium battery stock at appropriate storage charge levels
- Prepare batteries safely and correctly for shipment in line with regulations
- Ensure compliance with handling, storage, and shipping requirements
MRP System Use
- Accurately record all stock movements, transactions, and updates in the MRP
system - Support traceability and documentation requirements across all materials
- Follow defined processes to maintain data integrity
