- RF Design Engineer
-
We're looking for a dedicated RF Design Engineer to join our growing team.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of system design and analysis of electronic systems, together with design of RF sub-systems. This includes transmitters, receivers and antennas, primarily at UHF frequencies. Comprehensive understanding of circuit design to component level, including component selection, schematic capture and PCB layout, is essential.
A good degree in Electronics, Physics or a related subject is also essential.
- Design electronics circuits, with an emphasis on RF receivers and transmitters for UHF bands, and on small size and low power implementations
- Design low power RF circuits and PAs in UHF and low GHz bands
- Evaluate and test designs and support their transition to the manufacturing department
- Ensure designs can be certified - for example for CE, UKCA, etc.
- Attend customer meetings to determine customer requirements and external events to provide sales support on an occasional basis

- System Test Engineer

We're looking for a dedicated Systems Test Engineer to join our growing team.
As part of the continued growth of the organisation, we are looking for an System Test Engineer.
You will have hands on experience of product testing in a professional environment. Experience of testing software for both data processing and user interface applications is a real advantage as is the ability to write clear and concise test procedures. Familiarity with commercial communications networks would also be useful background knowledge. The role includes:
- Working in a multi-disciplined design team testing new and updated products including application software, embedded software and associated hardware.
- Writing test procedures for new and updated products.
- Communicating test results and ideas for improvements with other members of a team.
- Assisting with user guide updates and review of technical documentation.
- Becoming proficient in using new and existing products.
Qualifications: Qualifications demonstrating a competent grasp of maths and English e.g. GCSEs, A-Levels, HNC etc. Ideally higher education qualification in an IT/engineering discipline.

- Customer Account Manager (UK based)

We’re seeking Customer Account Managers for our UK and Global sales team.
Working from our offices in Fareham, you will be expected to travel to customer locations in the UK and overseas. Maintaining and developing new and existing relationships with government, defence or law enforcement customers, you will be individually responsible for managing and developing business with your allocated customer base. Surrounded and supported by our highly motivated and talented team, you should bring expertise from a government, defence or law enforcement background.
Knowledge of radio systems, UAS payloads and software defined radios would be of significant value. Your subject matter expertise and user experience will be harnessed to support agile product development.

- Software Development Engineer - Android

We're looking for a dedicated Software Development Engineer - Android to join our growing team.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing applications for Windows using C++ and C# .NET in Visual Studio. Your degree will be in Computer Science or a related subject. A working knowledge of the following technologies would be an advantage: IP networks, Linux development, graphical user interface design, computer graphics, GIS/mapping systems, git source control, hardware interfaces, embedded real-time systems, radio systems, digital signal processing.
- Design, develop, test and support company software products particularly for Android platforms but could include PC and cloud application development
- Determine product requirements through customer interaction
- Work closely with other members of a multi-disciplined team regarding hardware and user interfaces
- Provide support to customers on software products
- Write supporting documentation such as user guides
- Provide design input on company products
- Develop applications to support the manufacture and test of company products
- Manage and organise work to agreed timescales and specifications
- Attend customer meetings to determine customer requirements and external events to provide sales support on an occasional basis

- Engage directly with customers and partners, translating operational needs into clear technical solutions and building trusted long-term relationships.
- Generate thought leadership through white papers, studies, and stakeholder engagement, influencing future defence programmes and market direction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align solution design with portfolio strategy, operational needs, and business growth objectives.
